Spiral conveyor belt is designed mainly for multi-player conveyors of spiral tower, and usually used in food industry, so the materials of belts are all food graded, and we must make sure the cleanliness of appearance. The main cleaning methods are pickling with special oil remover or electrolytic polishing.
The belts are different with the common woven metal belts, because it's welded automatically by machine instead of hands. The spiral belts are constructed by thicker straight rod, U-shaped link and stainless steel small button, it's one of the essential parts of the quick freezer.
