Honeycomb belt is also named as Flat Wire belt, which is consisted by cross rods and metal strip. Most of the cross rods are finished with welded edge and clenched edge, and some also with nut edge and chain edge. Side plates and flight are supported, the belt width is decided by belt specification and the numbers of hole(the numbers of hole is odd number).
We processed the honeycomb belt by flattening the round bar instead of cutting the metal plate, so that our products have very smooth edges and no burrs.
The material of mostly used are carbon steel, galvanised steel, SS304 and SS316, the raw materials are supplied by abroad and demestic suppliers with high-quality, which performance and quality must be tested and reach to requested standard before using.
